Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

How safe is it to ride a Segway?
Segways are very safe to ride because of the high-technology that they have. Your thorough training, which you receive from experienced and certified tour guides, is enough to make you experts too and that makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about this unique device. Segways are equipped with tail lights and helmets are provided. Tour routes are smooth and clear providing you with a seamless glide.

What should I bring with me?
You should bring a camera and a small bottle of water. Other suggestions are sunscreen and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it's important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves and a scarf as Chicago is a Windy City. If it looks like rain, plastic ponchos are available.

Can children ride?
Riding a Segway is safe, even for children. However, it is required that all riders be at least 13 years of age. All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there any weight restrictions?
In order to assure a riders' safety, there is a minimum weight requirement of 100 pounds. The maximum recommended weight limit as specified by the manufacturer is 240 pounds. In order to ride, your weight should fall somewhere within this range.
