The Explore Tour allows you to hop off to visit a Chicago attraction or museum, shop, dine, and just explore as you have 3 full days to use it. With the same ticket, you also get access to three Neighborhood Tours (North, West and South) as well as the Nights and Lights Tour (seasonal availability May through September).

Your tour can begin at any of the 14 stops in the downtown area. Stops include: Millennium Park, the Art Institute, Field Museum, Navy Pier, John Hancock Observatory, Skydeck Chicago, and the River North district, among many others.

Summary:

Pickups available only at designated trolley stops. Child rate applies to children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are free. Please order online or call 888-881-3284 to order or for more information.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

With the Explore Chicago ticket, you can go visit a Chicago attraction or museum, shop 'til you drop, or just explore - and you have 3 full days to use it.

PLEASE NOTE: The Neighborhood Tours only operate Late May through September.

NORTH NEIGHBORHOODS TOUR
Tour Length: Approximately 2 Hours

  • Departs from Millennium Park
  • Chicago History Museum - Among 22 million artifacts in the Chicago History Museum, you will find Lincoln, the Great Fire and more
  • Lincoln Park Zoo - Explore the city's largest public park and maybe pilot a paddle-boat in the lagoon
  • Blue Man Group - If you haven't seen Blue Man Group, you haven't seen Chicago. Everyone loves the hilarious show the Chicago Tribune calls "the perfect entertainment." Show ticket not included in tour price.
