The Chicago Grand Tour is the ultimate tour of the city of Chicago. Take a comprehensive tour of everything Chicago has to offer in both the North and South Side business and residential districts.

This tour also includes admission to the 94th Floor Observatory at Hancock Tower, which features a panoramic view of Chicago's skyline, the magnificent shoreline of Lake Michigan, and a horizon that takes in four states.

There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

On the Grand Tour of Chicago, you will visit all the beautiful parks, Lincoln Park, Washington Park, Grant Park and tour virtually the entire length of the scenic Outer Drive. A stop will be made at the fascinating Lincoln Park Conservatory and a common stop will be made at the Adler Planetarium for its breathtaking view or a substitute stop.

This tour does not operate on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

It takes the world's fastest elevators just 39 seconds to take visitors to the 94th floor John Hancock Center Observatory. On a clear day you can see up to 80 miles away and view four states - Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
