Summary:

This tour does not include hotel pick ups. There is no child rate for this tour. Rates are per person in US Dollars and include tax. Please order online or call 888-881-3284 to order or for more information.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

FAQ'S:

How do the tours work?
On the date of the tour, we will meet at a specified location and we will go by foot from there. If you would like to arrive at the café early for a beverage or meal or to meet other members of the group, you may check in at the café's hostess stand and let them know you are with the tour. Note: early attendance is not required.

What if I am shopping for certain items?
If you are looking for certain things, please pass on this information at the time of booking. This will help us to comply with your request.

What if it's raining on the day of my tour?
Our shopping tours go ahead as planned, rain or shine.

Do the guides accept tips?
Tips are not mandatory but your guide will be happy to accept a tip if you feel that she provided you with exceptional service.
