There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Important Notes:

Rates include point to point service. Additional stops within point to point service would require an additional fee payable at the time of service.
There is a 15 minute window of any waiting time. After 15 minutes, additional charges may occur.

Frequently Asked Questions

What items are provided in the vehicles and what should we bring with us?
There is a nice collection of CD's on board the vehicle, but it is recommended that you bring your favorite DVD and CD's with you to listen to your favorite music on board. Many guests also bring along their cameras to preserve their special memories from their voyage. Sedan's also have AM/FM dual cassette deck, leather interior and a privacy divider. Ice, Water & Soda are provided at no additional charge.

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No. Smoking is prohibited in all stretch limos, vans, sedans and SUV's.

What is your policy about alcohol in the vehicles?
Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. Most of the stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses. The in-car bars also come equipped with an ice chest and free non-alcoholic beverages. Liquor can be arranged for an additional charge payable at the time of service.
